class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Avui compartim el projecte d\u2019adequaci\u00f3 i millora d\u2019alguns dels nostres espais de treball, una transformaci\u00f3 finan\u00e7ada per la <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"http:\/\/fundaciononce.es\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Fundaci\u00f3n ONCE<\/strong><\/a><\/span> a trav\u00e9s del Programa d\u2019Infraestructures Regionals (PIR) que ens va permetre<strong> invertir en la millora de les compet\u00e8ncies d\u2019aquests espais<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e0cies a aquest projecte, aprovat a finals de l\u2019any 2019 i <strong>desenvolupat entre 2020 i 2021<\/strong>, la fundaci\u00f3 ha pogut:<\/p><ul><li>Finalitzar l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aula de formaci\u00f3 dual per la seva homologaci\u00f3 com espai formatiu.<\/li><li>Crear una sala de confer\u00e8ncies audiovisual polivalent per a l&#8217;\u00fas dels diferents \u00e0mbits d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a les persones de la fundaci\u00f3.<\/li><li>Adaptar 3 sales polivalents per als diferents formats (servei a l&#8217;usuari, atenci\u00f3 a les fam\u00edlies, reunions, visites comercials&#8230;)<\/li><\/ul><p>Aquesta inversi\u00f3 ens ha generat una s\u00e8rie de millores tant a nivell t\u00e8cnic com hum\u00e0: \u00a0<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Millores d\u2019infraestructures<\/strong>: L&#8217;aula de formaci\u00f3 dual i les sales polivalents s&#8217;han utilitzat molt positivament des dels seus inicis.\u00a0 Amb l&#8217;arribada de la pand\u00e8mia, les sales de reunions han multiplicat la seva utilitat seguint la normativa de prevenci\u00f3 de la COVID i quan no s&#8217;han utilitzat com a sala de reunions han estat oficines per poder treballar amb totes les mesures de seguretat.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">La sala polivalent de confer\u00e8ncies s&#8217;ha transformat temporalment en una nova aula de Formaci\u00f3 Dual utilitzada gaireb\u00e9 di\u00e0riament i el sistema de portes corredisses ens permet un \u00fas polivalent segons les necessitats.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Millores en l\u2019equip hum\u00e0<\/strong>: El projecte ens ha perm\u00e8s <strong>treballar les polival\u00e8ncies i millorar les compet\u00e8ncies t\u00e8cniques transversals<\/strong> de les persones amb discapacitat, mitjan\u00e7ant plans formatius, <strong>millorant<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 les <strong>relacions interpersonals<\/strong>, fent una aproximaci\u00f3 a les TIC, <strong>propiciant l\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 de plantilla Ofisfera<\/strong> -a l\u2019\u00e0rea de gesti\u00f3 documental del nostre Centre especial de Treball en alguns casos- i un acostament a la incorporaci\u00f3 a l\u2019empresa normalitzada.<\/p><p><strong>Moltes gr\u00e0cies Fundaci\u00f3n ONCE<\/strong> per recolzar-nos i apostar per generar <strong>oportunitats laborals i socials per a les persones amb discapacitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
