{"id":40897,"date":"2023-05-02T16:36:11","date_gmt":"2023-05-02T14:36:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundaciotallers.org\/?p=40897"},"modified":"2023-05-03T12:13:11","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T10:13:11","slug":"generem-espais-sensibilitzacio-igualtat-genere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundaciotallers.org\/ca\/2023\/05\/02\/generem-espais-sensibilitzacio-igualtat-genere\/","title":{"rendered":"Generem espais de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019igualtat de g\u00e8nere"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"40897\" class=\"elementor elementor-40897\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-022125e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"022125e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1855681\" data-id=\"1855681\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b210a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5b210a7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>El SIOAS participa en el taller \u201cEspais de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats entre homes i dones en l\u2019\u00e0mbit social i laboral\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-944f332 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"944f332\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-bbc3866\" data-id=\"bbc3866\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11117bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"11117bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les persones amb discapacitat amb una major dificultat per trobar feina i amb un major risc de pobresa i exclusi\u00f3 social s\u00f3n les dones, joves, amb un alt grau de discapacitat, amb problemes de Salut Mental i amb un baix nivell de formaci\u00f3 i qualificaci\u00f3. <strong>Com \u00e9s sabut, les dones amb discapacitat pateixen una doble discriminaci\u00f3: per ra\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere i per la pr\u00f2pia discapacitat.<\/strong><\/p><p>Aix\u00ed ho afirmen les dades espec\u00edfiques del Servei d\u2019Inserci\u00f3 Laboral de Fundaci\u00f3 Tallers, que exposen que <strong>la participaci\u00f3 de dones en programes d\u2019inserci\u00f3 sociolaboral en els darrers anys se situa 40 punts per sota respecte la dels homes<\/strong> i que la taxa de dones inserides se situa 20 punts per sota que la dels homes.<\/p><p>Dades que posen en manifest la necessitat de dissenyar actuacions de reducci\u00f3 de la desigualtat entre dones i homes amb discapacitat en l\u2019acc\u00e9s al mercat laboral, aix\u00ed com accions que garanteixin l\u2019acc\u00e9s de les dones, especialment les m\u00e9s vulnerables, als recursos d\u2019inserci\u00f3 sociolaboral.<\/p><p>Per aix\u00f2, i afegint-se a les eines que disposa Fundaci\u00f3 Tallers, entitat de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.santpereclaver.org\">Pere Claver Grup<\/a>, per tal de <strong>fomentar la igualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/strong>, hem iniciat una formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica en igualtat d\u2019oportunitats.<\/p><p>Es tracta d\u2019un taller titulat <strong>\u201cEspai de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats entre homes i dones en l\u2019\u00e0mbit social i laboral\u201d<\/strong>, creat i realitzat per <a href=\"https:\/\/safareig.org\/\">El Safareig<\/a>, Grup de Dones Feministes de Cerdanyola. Un taller basat en una din\u00e0mica de grup que fomentava la participaci\u00f3 de les persones assistents mitjan\u00e7ant la pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia i el recorregut de vida.<\/p><p>La formaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha dut a terme els dies 17 i 24 d&#8217;abril i hi han participar 10 persones del SIOAS i 4 persones de l&#8217;equip t\u00e8cnic del <a href=\"https:\/\/fundaciotallers.org\/ca\/projectes\/servei-insercio-laboral\/\">SIL<\/a> a l&#8217;Hotel Entitats de Badia del Vall\u00e8s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section seg\u00fcents:<\/p><p><strong><u>Objectius generals:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Potenciar din\u00e0miques no sexistes entre les persones usu\u00e0ries<\/li><li>Crear un espai on entendre les desigualtats de g\u00e8nere per prevenir-ne les reproduccions en l\u00b4\u00e0mbit laboral.<\/li><li>Promoure actituds igualit\u00e0ries respecte al repartiment de les tasques dins de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral.<\/li><li>Oferir referents no estereotipats.<\/li><li>Aprendre a resoldre conflictes sense fer \u00fas de la viol\u00e8ncia.<\/li><\/ul><p>Aquesta activitat est\u00e0 encaminada <strong>a disminuir els desequilibris existents en la situaci\u00f3 i posici\u00f3 de dones i homes i el comprom\u00eds amb la igualtat.<\/strong> Tamb\u00e9 pret\u00e9n sensibilitzar a dones i homes participants dels serveis sobre la discriminaci\u00f3 per ra\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere i la corresponsabilitat tant en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral com en el privat; impulsar la pres\u00e8ncia i la participaci\u00f3 de les dones en recursos comunitaris; i impulsar la pres\u00e8ncia i participaci\u00f3 dels homes en la cura i l\u2019\u00e0mbit privat.<\/p><p>Est\u00e0 previst en un futur tornar a fer aquestes sessions amb altres equips de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p><p>El SIOAS (Serveis integrals d\u2019orientaci\u00f3, acompanyament i suport a la inserci\u00f3 de les persones amb discapacitat i\/o trastorn de la salut mental), \u00e9s un programa subvencionat pel Departament d\u2019Empresa i Treball i cofinan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
