Formaci\u00f3 i ocupaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 persones entre 16 i 29 anys benefici\u00e0ries de la iniciativa Garantia Juvenil formen part del programa <strong>Singulars: a la feina no t\u2019aturis <\/strong>que comen\u00e7a a la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Tallers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un programa de <strong>formaci\u00f3 dual en Gesti\u00f3 Documental i tractament de Dades<\/strong> que permet adquirir <strong>coneixements te\u00f2rics a la vegada que es posen en pr\u00e0ctica en un context professional real.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a les persones participants significa tenir un <strong>contracte de formaci\u00f3 i aprenentatge<\/strong> durant m\u00e9s de 8 mesos, \u00e9s a dir, combinar l\u2019aprenentatge amb una feina remunerada, a m\u00e9s d\u2019un recolzament i <strong>acompanyament actiu en la recerca d\u2019un lloc de treball<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta formaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 pensada per adquirir coneixements de la Gesti\u00f3 documental i el tractament de dades i tamb\u00e9 inclou continguts com <strong>sensibilitzaci\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere, sensibilitzaci\u00f3 mediambiental, atenci\u00f3 al client i comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s de sortides en entorns productius i activitats socials, culturals i c\u00edviques que siguin <strong>significatives per a la societat<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per poder dur a terme aquesta<strong> segona edici\u00f3 de Singulars<\/strong>, la Fundaci\u00f3 Tallers ha habilitat un <strong>gran espai ventilat i amb llum natural<\/strong>.
