{"id":1801,"date":"2019-10-30T16:27:35","date_gmt":"2019-10-30T16:27:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundaciotallers.org\/?p=1801"},"modified":"2019-10-30T16:30:31","modified_gmt":"2019-10-30T16:30:31","slug":"lexit-del-treball-en-xarxa-tambe-per-a-la-insercio-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundaciotallers.org\/ca\/2019\/10\/30\/lexit-del-treball-en-xarxa-tambe-per-a-la-insercio-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;\u00e8xit del treball en xarxa (tamb\u00e9) per a la inserci\u00f3 laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generar <strong>oportunitats sociolaborals<\/strong>, desenvolupar <strong>plans personals d\u2019inserci\u00f3<\/strong> per a la <strong>participaci\u00f3 en la societat<\/strong> en igualtat d\u2019oportunitats amb els suports especialitzats i adaptats a les prefer\u00e8ncies de les persones ateses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A grans trets, aquests s\u00f3n els objectius del SIL, el Servei d\u2019Inserci\u00f3 Laboral de la Fundaci\u00f3 Tallers, que <strong>treballa en xarxa els agents socials del territori<\/strong>, la <strong>xarxa de salut mental<\/strong>, els <strong>Serveis Socials<\/strong>, <strong>recursos formatius<\/strong>, <strong>entitats<\/strong>, <strong>empreses i fam\u00edlies<\/strong> per aconseguir el seu prop\u00f2sit i que a m\u00e9s compta amb la complicitat de l\u2019Ajuntament de Badia del Vall\u00e8s i de Barber\u00e0 del Vall\u00e8s a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un conveni de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb l\u2019arribada de la tardor \u00e9s el moment de <strong>fer balan\u00e7<\/strong> d\u2019aquest \u00faltim curs (juliol 2018-juny 2019) dels <strong>Serveis Integrals d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 i Acompanyament i Suport a la Inserci\u00f3 de les Persones amb Discapacitat i\/o Problemes de Salut Mental (SIOAS 2018)<\/strong>, amb la subvenci\u00f3 del <strong>Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies de la Generalitat de Catalunya<\/strong> i el cofinan\u00e7ament del <strong>Fons Social Europeu<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Parlem de xifes.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Perfil de les persones participants que han completat l\u2019itinerari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Persones amb diagn\u00f2stic trastorn de salut mental o discapacitat intel\u00b7lectual a partir del 33% o discapacitat f\u00edsica o sensorial superior al 65%:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #449e35;\"> 20<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Persones amb diagn\u00f2stic discapacitat no severa <\/b><b>(f\u00edsica o sensorial inferior al 65%)<\/b><b>:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #449e35;\"> 30<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultats obtinguts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Persones que han aconseguit feina en l\u2019empresa ordin\u00e0ria:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #449e35;\"> 28 (10 dones, 18 homes)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Persones que han realitzar pr\u00e0ctiques no laborals en empreses:<\/b> <span style=\"color: #449e35;\">14 (9 dones, 5 homes)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de les claus del bon funcionament del servei \u00e9s el treball en xarxa amb el teixit empresarial del territori, s\u2019han contactat a m\u00e9s de <\/span><b>70 empreses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, gestionant gaireb\u00e9 <\/span><b>90 ofertes de treball<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i s\u2019han signat <\/span><b>10 nous convenis de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> amb la finalitat de millorar l\u2019ocupabilitat de les persones amb discapacitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, a la Fundaci\u00f3 Tallers oferim un <\/span><b>acompanyament psicol\u00f2gic-emocional <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que inclouen <strong>tallers d\u2019autoconeixement<\/strong>, <strong>gesti\u00f3 emocional i motivaci\u00f3<\/strong>, entre d\u2019altres; tot plegat pensat per fomentar el <strong>creixement laboral, autoestima i empoderament<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destaquem tamb\u00e9 que s\u2019ha iniciat una <\/span><b>col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de pr\u00e0ctiques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> amb l\u2019Ajuntament de Badia del Vall\u00e8s, amb una pres\u00e8ncia a la <strong>Biblioteca Vicente Aleixandre<\/strong>. Aquest fet \u00e9s especialment rellevant per posar en valor la realitat i les <strong>capacitats professionals del col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong> at\u00e8s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019altra banda, formem part de la xarxa d\u2019entitats del programa <strong>Incorpora de La Caixa<\/strong>. Aquest programa vol implicar les empreses en la pr\u00e0ctica de la <strong>Responsabilitat Social Corporativa<\/strong>, oferint un servei d\u2019intermediaci\u00f3 i assessorament.
