{"id":1512,"date":"2019-03-26T06:57:40","date_gmt":"2019-03-26T06:57:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundaciotallers.org\/?p=1512"},"modified":"2019-03-30T19:23:28","modified_gmt":"2019-03-30T19:23:28","slug":"primera_edicio_speed_dating","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundaciotallers.org\/ca\/2019\/03\/26\/primera_edicio_speed_dating\/","title":{"rendered":"Primera edici\u00f3 d&#8217;Speed Dating Laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0<strong>Programa Incorpora de La Caixa<\/strong>\u00a0treballa per l\u2019intermediaci\u00f3 laboral i vetlla per garantir la inserci\u00f3 laboral de persones en risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social.<\/p>\n<p>El passat dimecres, 20 de mar\u00e7, a la CECOT de Terrassa, durant tot el mat\u00ed es va celebrar la primera edici\u00f3 d\u2019<strong>Speed Dating Laboral al Vall\u00e8s Occidental<\/strong>, amb m\u00e9s de <strong>500 entrevistes a persones en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat<\/strong> per cobrir una trentena d\u2019ofertes de feina de <strong>12 empreses del territori<\/strong>, com Carrefour\/Carrefour Market, Catalonia Fundaci\u00f3 Creativa, Campos Estela\/Vall\u00e8s Serveis, F. Privada La Llar, Boxes Espress, Ben Net, Caprabo, Neteges Tot Net, Ndavant Multiserveis, Grupo Cant, Milmenos i Falck VL.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta primera fase de preselecci\u00f3, <strong>20 persones<\/strong> ateses dins del programa SIOAS del Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies de la Generalitat de Catalunya gestionat per Fundaci\u00f3 Tallers, han desenvolupat una entrevista expr\u00e9s de 3-5 minuts amb especialistes en RRHH on han tingut l\u2019oportunitat de transmetre les seves aptituds i defensar la seva candidatura.<\/p>\n<p>Iniciatives que focalitzen la seva activitat directament sobre el nostre territori, tenen un impacte positiu sobre les persones amb les que treballem.<\/p>\n<p>Acte organitzat per:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
